IN-PACK CHANCE COUPON PROMOTION OFFICIAL RULES

1. No Purchase Necessary. No purchase is necessary to participate. Purchase of coupon card promotional game piece will not increase your chances of winning. Participating retailers and their employees, affiliates, subsidiaries are not eligible for any promotions. By participating in the promotion, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

2. Eligibility. The coupon card promotion is open to anyone over 21 years of age. Void where prohibited by law.

3. How to Obtain an Official Coupon Card Promotional Piece. Coupon card promotional game pieces may be obtained by mailing a request to Ducktabs, 148 E Milwaukee St # 1100 Jefferson WI 53549 or by asking the retailer for a coupon card promotional piece entry request form and mailing the request form to Ducktabs, 148 E Milwaukee St # 1100 Jefferson WI 53549. Limit one coupon card promotional piece per request per promotion. Requests must be received prior to the end of the promotion.

4. Promotion End Date. Each coupon card promotional piece contains the end date of the coupon card promotion associated with that promotional piece. Coupons must be redeemed prior to the end of the promotion.

5. Odds of Winning. Each coupon card promotional game piece contains the odds of winning each prize associated with that promotional game piece.

6. Distribution. All coupon card promotional game pieces are randomly distributed and the sponsor maintains records of random distribution for one (1) year after the termination date of each promotion.

7. Winner’s List. Retailers shall provide sponsor with a list of all winners of prizes valued at $100.00 or more, and sponsor shall maintain such records for one (1) year after the termination date of the promotion.

8. Miscellaneous. Sponsor reserves the right to terminate any promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, printing error, irregularities, as determined by sponsor is its sole and absolute discretion. Prizes claimed prior to termination will be awarded. This promotion is governed by Wis. Stat. 100.16.
